The photographs on this page are a little more explicit in that they show the genitalia, but my emphasis is still on the formal attributes of the body and these once again are not intended to be overtly erotic. Still, the muscular development enhances the masculinity of the subject in a way that is suggestive of male sexuality. They depict the man as unashamed, completely comfortable within himself, and confident in his virile strength. Muscles imply a physicality and potency that can carry its promise over into the sexual arena. |
